Dealing with Conflict
Not only is conflict unavoidable, it is desirable.  Conflict “Good or Bad” may sound disturbing, but in fact, conflict can often bring about positive change.
               
The core to a group’s ability to work together is their ability to deal with conflict in a healthy way, keeping it from escalating into verbal or physical altercations that stall the functions of the group. This session will show participants real situations and offers concrete strategies that will resolve these situations and put a positive spin on conflicts.
